DON'T SEE THINGS HERE CLEARLY AND YOU'RE AN AOL USER?
PLEASE READ ON!

So, our pages and our photographs aren't clear, huh? Well, most likely you're viewing them with an AOL browser. When AOL is first installed, by default, to make their system seem faster than it really is, AOL programmers have set the graphics capabilities to "low" so that the system appears to load fast. Unfortunately, the actual effect of this default setting is to reduce the quality of the graphics on your favorite web pages!

In order to make sure the graphics are displaying correctly, please follow the steps below (these steps have been written for AOL 4.0. Call AOL for 3.0 instructions!):

  1. Click on "My AOL"
  2. Choose "AOL Internet Properties"
  3. Choose "Web Graphics"
  4. There's a checkbox that says "Use Compressed Graphics." Make sure this box is UNchecked.
  5. Click on "OK"

If you've done the above steps correctly, visit one of your favorite web pages and you should be able to see the photos on this and other sites much more clearly!
